All 3 Sixty Degrees wheels are built using own precision designed and engineered hub system.

We start with a 2014T6 alloy bar that is then double forged to improve its molecular integrity before the final CNC machining process.

The Vortex range features our 68 gram front hub and 218 gram rear hub with a 15mm axle to ensure zero axle flex and all the hub components are machined to incredibly tight tolerance of 0.005mm for optimum bearing performance.

The Vector and Quantum hub system uses the same precision parts inside their specially designed hub shells.

Our rear hub features 3 independently sprung pawls and we have placed the cassette body bearing just 1mm apart from the hub body bearing, so even in the toughest all out sprint you’ll find it impossible to produce any axle flex.
